When making a to do list remember to put yourself on it, too.
Other than my “normal” work/mom/household responsibilities today, this is my NEW to-do list:
- When delighted, giggle. (Out loud is best.)
- When thankful, speak it.
- When grateful, offer it.
- When appreciated, roll in it.
- When home, engage in it.
- When loved, reciprocate it. (It’s ok to go first.)
- When sleepy, sleep.
