The best part of my weekend was the weekend itself! Two gloriously unscheduled days; accomplished a little but, mostly, filled them to the rooftops with what I love most: books, music, time with the hubbs & son, walks with the fuzzy kid (dog), sunshine, autumn leaves, and delicious foods.

The only blog with the delicous aroma of fresh brewed coffee wafting through the air
Bought a new coffee maker from William’s Sonoma. Decided coffee placed high enough on our frequently consumed beverages to go all out. Mind you, this purchase was prompted by your “Passionate” blog, so I blame you for the added expense! I bought a Scandinavian model that brews coffee really hot, and the Italian espresso Coffee to set the bench mark high for taste and aroma. Had a great cup of coffee this morning!

The best of my weekend was my “mini holiday” in Dullstroom is South Africa… it was on a beautiful farm with amazing friends. Every morning started with thick fog & morning dew which eventually turned into sun & fun.
So much of the good times!
