So, the hubbs loves himself a nice sweater. Not a sweater vest, just a cozy cotton sweater. He’s always cold and doesn’t hesitate to layer up, even on a Michigan summer night.
I was going through some older photos today and found this one. Yep, this is is what’s known in our house as the “Merino a -No No.”
What do you do when a merino (wool) sweater takes an unexpected tumble in the dryer? You put it on the dog and you laugh your face off!

(your hubbs sound a little like me: I keep a sweater or lightweight jacket in the car in the summer. Restaurants and grocery stores are COLD!)
We had a good laugh at that then – and today when I “found” the photo again! Pets – they bring so much joy to our lives, don’t they?
And yes – layer it up – we both keep a light jacket in the car for that same reason as you described.

Jim’s always cold too…I tease him because he sometimes wears jammy pants under his jeans in the winter!
