It’s Monday and I somehow got up extra early …. this translates to a special treat for me: time in my schedule for a stop at my favorite coffee house

Take care of that tummy; the BRAT regime (Bananas-Rice-Applesauce-Tea) is a good place to start. Any idea what’s causing it?

It was my first day back at work after a week off. I treated myself to a caramel brulee holiday latte from Starbucks
