Say with me …

“Life is good.

I have every reason in the world to be happy.

I have one to a thousand reasons to feel good.

Today, I count my blessings. I let the sun shine inside my heart and I see in its light the dazzling beauty that’s within me.

I see my strength, I see my compassion, I see my love, and I see my joy.

I choose to feel connected; I choose to feel alive in this moment and I choose to feel good, happy, and whole.

Everything that’s for my highest good comes my way.

My life is good and I am blessed.”  -Frankie Perez’ MindGym

  1. It is so.

  2. Two words: Oh ya. :)
    ~d.

  3. Great quote, MJ! There’s a lot to be said for being satisfied with what we have.

Hope you are enjoying your weekend.

    Hugs,
    Kathy

    • Having a great weekend – the sun’s out, the dog’s dozing in the sunbeams, the house is quiet and all is well. Wishing the same for you! Hugs, MJ

  4. So very true….thank you for reminding us:)

  5. I have a simple outlook:
Any day you can get out of bed without help is a good day.

  6. Ahhh… I am reminded, to be content in whatever state I am.
    Keep the Faith!

  7. Sometimes we just have to say all those things to ourselves (and/or aloud), don’t we?
    Thanks for the reminder!

  8. Good words. I’m fairly content, just need to organize and de-clutter what I have.

  9. You know I love quotes. Yours is fantastic. If we can learn to be happy with what we have life would be so much easier.

  10. I should start every day with these words! How many “bad” days could be turned around with the simple belief that things are good?
