“Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.”  – Marcel Proust

Who makes you happy? Who lifts your soul so much that it can’t help but blossom?

  1. Help! I need a “LOVE” option! (again) Love the quote, and adore that picture of you and your hubby on your wedding day! You’re so beautiful – haven’t changed a bit!
Thanks for sharing it with us!
(Oh, and you proably already know who makes me happy! My hubby and my son!)

    • Aww … thank you, Dianna. I found that photo again a bit ago and gasped at how young we look – because we were! Thank you for your kind words; and yes, I had a feeling I knew your answer. Don’t forget Sundae-girl! 🙂

My posse of men (Hubbs, boys, Frankie, grandson + one sparkly little grand-daughter) make me blossom 🙂

Did u have to club the minister in the head? Poor guy looks battered…

  3. Gorgeous – the sentiment and the people.

  4. Beautiful moment and handsome couple. Goodness you look itty-bitty!
🙂 My battery chargers will be back for Thanksgiving and Christmas and I can’t wait!

  5. I’m with Dianna about that “love” button. How precious. My Sara, of course, makes me happy.
    Hugs,
    Kathy

  6. What a great picture! You look so happy!

I’m lucky to be surrounded by loved ones – both the human kind and the furry kind – who make my heart blossom!

    • Thank you; it was a great day and we were both overjoyed!

I agree, you are surrounded by love – the human and the 4 legged kind — no wonder your heart sings 🙂

  7. Congrats and well done MJ…thank you for sharing with us….you truly have not changed a bit and I love seeing your love for each other:) God Bless Your Marriage!

    • Thank you HRCG, you are too kind. He has a lot less dark hair and I have more lbs on me but we still look at each other the same way and that’s pretty great!

      Cheers!
      MJ

    Such a great photo, Marilyn!

    • Thank you; truly captured the “heart” of the moment.

Hope you and Roi-boi are doing well; Looking forward to a dinner date 🙂
