Doggie dreams

I’m pretty sure Frankie never aspired for us to have another pet.

No, while he was around he was very content to be “top dog.” Or the only dog, for that matter.

“I’ll share your supper but not my toys, bed, or people.”

But this pooch seems intent on adding to the family. Watch on, it will make you smile.

I guaran-dog-tee it!

  1. Nothing better than the love of a dog!

  2. That video was great! Thanks for sharing it, it definitely made me laugh! I guess Frankie wanted to make sure he kept all your cuddles for himself! πŸ™‚

    • I’ve watched it at least 5 times now and laughed every time. Frankie was a good sport around other dogs but he was always happy when they went home and he had his peeps to himself πŸ™‚ MJ

  3. I had just watched this video last night!! There are several of them that are clever and funny, that I watch from time to time, that lift my spirits and make me chuckle. Its like when you’re having a bad day and you watch a “laughing baby” video on youtube just to lift your spirits.
Thanks M!! Have a great weekend.

    • Exactly — it’s just light and silly and good. And me & my family have laughed every time we’ve watched it.

I especially loved 2 moments: the “blech” face at the mention of snakes and later, when his lip got stuck to his teeth. Frank routinely did that, funny stuff!

  4. My cats weren’t quite that excited when I brought home the last one but a few months later and they all run around together like idiots.

  5. Cute video!

  6. That is so sweet – – do I have to subscribe to that channel to see the very end of the video??? Or is it just a tease….?

  7. Cute, smart doggie…I want to name his master Mr. Famous (with the amazing voice) , the doggie Radar (he knows when something’s up) and the kitty Meow. Fun video.

  8. Cute! So…are you visiting the pet store? Thinking of getting another little friend? ~ Sheila

  9. That is priceless, MJ. I’m a huge fan of pet videos–HUGE. I eat them up. LOVED this one! Thanks for sharing it. I laughed out loud!

    • It’s now one of my favorites — I’ve watched it close to 8 times and I laugh every stinkin’ time. LOL more than once!

      Hugs back

  10. lol…that’s exactly how my dogs would sound..well the younger one anyway. The older one would have a voice more like bruce willis – that low-key get-out-of-my-face attitude…

  11. haha i’ve seen that video before, it cracks me up. my boys and i always imitate that dog! stopping by from dianna’s blog…love your grampy’s barn!

  12. I love this! So funny and so cute!

Lucy’s kind of like your Frankie was. She wants to be the princess, the only child, the spoiled-rotten-baby-dog. She likes visitors, but permanent canine or feline residents are not something she’d be too happy about.
