Throwing away what holds us back

Let 2015 be the year we all just go for it!

This morning was the first time in months that I woke up feeling g-r-e-a-t.

And I know why that is: rest – and lots of it.

Seeing this clip made me want to crank the music up and be-bop through the house, too.  You?

Happy New Year, friends.

  1. Right there with you!

  2. Happy New Year blogging friend MJ! I remember watching this guy boggie before, makes me smile 😉 Thanks for your regular doses of encouragement via the blog-o-sphere. DM

  3. Glad you woke up feeling so good today. Happy New Year, MJ!

And yes, that video made me want to dance too!

    • It is amazing what enough rest and lack of stress can do for you – I can literally see positive effects in my FACE – not kidding! 🙂 Cheers! MJ

  4. I’ve been loving sleeping in this country bed. Rest like no other.

  5. LOVE that clip! (But I hated that it ended right when “In The Mood” started to play! Good for that older gentleman (although I couldn’t help but wonder what was in that plastic bag attached to his belt???)!

  6. Amen – here’s to a better 2015!

  7. This is absolutely the right way to begin a new year! 🙂

  8. Rest is often underrated and underappreciated, but nothing is better when we really need it. Just go for it! Yes. I believe in going for everything, leaving nothing unattempted. What a great idea to start the year with.

  9. I’m exhausted and looking forwarding to catching up on some serious sleep! That video is fantastic. Big smile here!
